Orders and Shipping

We will process the order on the same day. You can expect to receive your order 2 to 5 days. 

Please click on the account icon on the very top and follow the prompt. Please contact us if you have any problems setting up your account. 

Please send us an email, and we can do that for you.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You may click on the tracking number directly and it will show you the tracking.

No, your credit card information is not stored on file.

There is no sales tax.

We currently ship to entire United States and Alaska.

It depends on how many items it is.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We will certainly make it right for you. Please take a picture of the knife you received and email us at [email protected]. We will take care of you.

We will replace your order if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] with your order number.

You can certainly do that. Please go to your order either from your account or from the email confirmation that you have received and edit the order.

Please email us at [email protected] if there is a product that you would like to order that is sold out.

We warranty our knives for life on manufacture defect and not wear and tear under normal usage.

To warrant your knife, we will need you to send it to us, and we will also need to charge a $20 flat fee for processing and to mail it back to you.

We will repair manufacture defects free of charge. We just ask you to pay for shipping both ways. In the event, we can’t repair your knife, we will offer a knife of the same one at 40% off. Please email us to get the repair process started.
