TAKCOM BULLDOG
The TAKCOM Bulldog may be the little brother of our Grunt OTF, but there is nothing ‘little’ about the Bulldog. Developed with the same ideas in mind, it’s an OTF that doesn’t sit pretty as a letter opener but is ready to get to work and be part of your EDC rotation. With a wide ergonomic handle, it is comfortable to work with or without gloves. The Bulldog is CNC from T6-6061 Aluminum and equipped with M390 blade.
Traditionally, the TAKCOM Bulldog pocket knife was bred to help hunters and farmers take care of unwanted vermin on their property. The Bulldog had a natural instinct of protection and loyalty, labeled the Utility Dog!
The Bulldog has just the right amount of textured bite on the handle, a reversible deep-carry pocket clip, and is equipped with premium M390 Steel in a stonewashed finish. Available in Drop Point and Sheepsfoot, two of the best blade shapes for work-minded individuals. M390 is a great stainless steel that holds the edge and is easy to sharpen.

Very quick action. Good grip and weight.
Love the knife, being in the military having a knife that I could operate with one hand while multitasking is always a plus. The knife is rugged, the M390 blade steel keeps an edge longer, and is a breeze to sharpen. So far it has never failed to fire when needed . Will definitely be trying out the other great selections of OTF knives they have to offer.
Really nice materials. Crisp action. Very impressive knife.
Amazing. Worth every penny. Sturdy.sharp…and no wiggle.
Much more solid than I thought it would be. Been carrying for about a month, use it multiple times per day. I especially love that I can retract the blade for safety reasons after using it without effort. That being said – the handle could be a bit grippier, as it’s slippery when coming out of the pocket. I’ve thought about adding some skate tape or similar. Mechanism fires with real power – so hold on!
